High Sheriff Deputies Seek to Serve Summons and Complaint on Keeping/Merkel Defendants

• Contacted Sheriff's office staff having Newfoundland and Labrador jurisdiction and made arrangements for them to handle service of Summons and Complaint, Subpoena, and Deposition Notice documents.

• Canada's Office of /Consumer Affairs confirmed Theresa Keeping, Dale Merkel and Dan Villeneuve listed on registry documents as Vinking Marine Enterprises/Port Harmon Authority officials.   Facts and evidence collected to date indicated Vinking/Port Harmon Authority, and all company Directors and Officers are appropriate parties to be included in the current and subsequently planned litigation.

• Rec'd written confirmation from Royal Bank of Canada management explaining how to coordinate service of subpoenas for bank records and  deposition notices .

• Afternoon spent communicating with U.S. and Canada news media regarding Court of Public Opinion appearances.
