Also involved are, but may not be limited to Canadian companies Vinking Marine Enterprises, Port Harmon Authority (and "adjacent administration building") and Oceanview Estates.

The violation
of civil and criminal statutes by Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel involves the
unlawful taking of support funding for a children's wish charity (WishCruise Navy) from the Royal Bank of
Canada in St. Johns and using it for personal gain and profit..
Communication
is now ongoing with appropriate government agencies and officials, plus a
growing network of news media from the U.S. and Canada because the above
mentioned funding used by Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel was used in connection with
private investments or purchases involving Vinking Marine Enterprises, Port
Harmon Authority, and an administration building on or adjacent to the Port
Harmon Authority property.
Moreover, these properties are known or are reasonably believed to affect or involve government owned and/or regulated property and businesses.

The Sheriff
serving the Newfoundland and Labrador area is being notified and arrangements
made to service Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel with a Superior Court Summons and
Complaint. Law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and Canada are also being asked
to seek criminal charges including fraud, embezzlement, theft by false pretense
and conspiracy.
My reason
for contacting you, along with any future communication is with the intent to
mitigate the damages caused by Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel; to hopefully recover
the $1.5MM of WishCruise Navy flagship construction and start-up operating
funds: to publicly expose and seek justice by holding these two people (and any
other involved persons or entities) accountable and responsible.
