-- RCF- I received phone calls last night and today from news media and Canadian residents. Both contributed relevant and helpful information about current and prior business histories of defendants Keeping and Merkel. Also received interesting information about directors, officers, employees, investors, and people with current and prior connections to:
- Oceanview Estates (currently off-line); See T.S. Signs & Keeping/LinkedIn
- Vinking Marine Enterprises (Team Vinking: Keeping, Merkel, Villeneuve, Oliver)
- Port Harmon Authority
- Atlantic North Development Company (see ZoomInfo.com/Villeneuve)
- AquaBlue
- AquaGold
- Natsiq, Inc,
- Manuel DaSilva
- Rosemarie Kuptana
- Tom Ondrejicka
- Randy Simon (Keeping and/or Vinking mangement suspected of using children's 'wish' charity to purchase bldg adjacent to Port Harmon Authority from Mr. Simon)
- Accuracy of provided documents and information has already been verified, and will foreseeably lead to companies and individual's being added to current and future litigation co-defendant parties, and/or receiving Court subpoenas for business record inspection, document production, video deposition and Court testimony.
- Written confirmation from Securities Exchange Commission and Canada Revenue Agency this afternoon regarding procedures for seeking and providing information.
