AquaBlue, Manuel DaSilva on Trial. Is There A Connection with Vinking/Port Harmon?

          Given Monday was a Canadian holiday, I was pleasantly surprised to received case-related phone calls and expressed interest in this matter from two Canadian journalists, both from the Alberta area. Interestingly, both are covering the criminal trial of a former AquaBlue company officer which is scheduled to begin on July 9th.
          Speaking of Aqua Blue, the Mayor of Smiths Falls called last evening and we talked at length about the adverse affect the "AquaBlue" fiasco had on the people of his community. He asked me to send him the discussed case-documents after which we'd talk again to see how he might be able to assist with this case. I told him one thing he can do -- which is what I tell everyone who expresses an interest to help -- and that's "talk to people about this case; forward the email to friends and business associates, and get back to me with whatever information or documentation that they believe may be helpful.
          Today it's anticipated conversations with Canadian Coast Guard staff, Canada's Port Authority Headquarters staff, the Minister of Transport, and the Premiers representing Alberta and Newfoundland.
          Also have a growing backlog of emails to answer which I plan to work on later this afternoon.
          Wednesday I meet with one of the producers to prepare for my first "Court of Public Opinion" appearance.
          Thursday's July 4th and foreseeably a "paperwork catch up day."
          Friday I'm expecting to speak by phone with investigators involved with the criminal trial of Manuel DaSilva, The other call I'm expecting is from Canada Securities Commission as it seems there are similarities in terms of people and businesses (from Florida and Berlin) purportedly involved, plus investor solicitation methods, representations and claims made pertaining AquaBlue that are or were also involved in the acquisition and operation of Vinking Marine Enterprises and Port Harmon Authority.

"CONSPIRACY"

"CONSPIRACY -- Two or more people: 1) committing an unlawful act, or committing a lawful act by unlawful means; also, 2) a covert scheme to accomplish some unlawful result, or a lawful result through an sinister or illegal act."

I received phone calls last night and today from news media and Canadian residents. Both contributed relevant and helpful information about current and prior business histories of defendants Keeping and Merkel. Also received interesting information about directors, officers, employees, investors, and people with current and prior connections to:

Randy Simon (Keeping and/or Vinking mangement suspected of using children's 'wish' charity to purchase bldg adjacent to Port Harmon Authority from Mr. Simon)

Accuracy of provided documents and information has already been verified, and will foreseeably lead to companies and individual's being added to current and future litigation co-defendant parties, and/or receiving Court subpoenas for business record inspection, document production, video deposition and Court testimony.

Written confirmation from Securities Exchange Commission and Canada Revenue Agency this afternoon regarding procedures for seeking and providing information.

High Sheriff Deputies Seek to Serve Summons and Complaint on Keeping/Merkel Defendants

Contacted Sheriff's office staff having Newfoundland and Labrador jurisdiction and made arrangements for them to handle service of Summons and Complaint, Subpoena, and Deposition Notice documents.

Canada's Office of /Consumer Affairs confirmed Theresa Keeping, Dale Merkel and Dan Villeneuve listed on registry documents as Vinking Marine Enterprises/Port Harmon Authority officials. Facts and evidence collected to date indicated Vinking/Port Harmon Authority, and all company Directors and Officers are appropriate parties to be included in the current and subsequently planned litigation.

Rec'd written confirmation from Royal Bank of Canada management explaining how to coordinate service of subpoenas for bank records and deposition notices .

Afternoon spent communicating with U.S. and Canada news media regarding Court of Public Opinion appearances.

The violation of civil and criminal statutes by Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel involves the unlawful taking of support funding for a children's wish charity (WishCruise Navy) from the Royal Bank of Canada in St. Johns and using it for personal gain and profit..

Communication is now ongoing with appropriate government agencies and officials, plus a growing network of news media from the U.S. and Canada because the above mentioned funding used by Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel was used in connection with private investments or purchases involving Vinking Marine Enterprises, Port Harmon Authority, and an administration building on or adjacent to the Port Harmon Authority property.

My reason for contacting you, along with any future communication is with the intent to mitigate the damages caused by Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel; to hopefully recover the $1.5MM of WishCruise Navy flagship construction and start-up operating funds: to publicly expose and seek justice by holding these two people (and any other involved persons or entities) accountable and responsible.

Lawsuit Strategy: Defendants Theresa Keeping, Dale Merkel (and possibly others)

1. Most of the day was spent talking by phone with news media and a few Canadian government officials.

2. Was also able to connect by phone with some investors at Vinking Marine Enterprises (Port Harmon Authority) -- the company which received the Children's Wish Charity flagship construction funding and start-up operating capital. It's also the company that defendants Keeping and Merkel were/are identified as company officers (Vice Presidents).

3. Afternoon allow time for some "dialing for dollars" follow by preparing and emailing the requested follow-up documents, i.e., Business Plan, Operations Outline, and Keeping/Merkel case-related details explaining the short notice need for a "Long Ranger" ... "Robin Hood" or "Angel" rescue funding source to fill the Keeping/Merkel LLC equity partner/Member vacancy.

4. Rest of the day and early event spent working on Business Plan and Operations Plan revisions, more email follow-up, and preparing for a series of "Court of Public Opinion" media interviews which may happen sometime next week.

5. Wednesday is set aside for law enforcement follow-up and getting Ms. Keeping and Mr. Merkel served with the Summons and Complaint.
